Refund policy

30-day free returns

If your raincoat isn't right for your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free: contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Condition of returns

Please send items back clean and in the condition you received them, with any tags and packaging. Trying the raincoat on your dog at home to check the fit is fine.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we'll email you and refund the money to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. Shipping on our orders is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund or deduct.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? Return the item for a refund and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help you swap it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Your legal rights

If you're in the UK, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods. Our 30-day return window is in addition to these rights, not instead of them.
